The Rest Stop

02. Logos (4).png

A place where coaches, athletes, leaders, and their families who are tired,

weary, and brokenhearted can encounter God's shared love and goodness in

a way that draws, transforms, connects, and leads them to a journey of true

life, His life. The goal of this time is to awaken them to their original design as

they understand their value and worth to God, themselves, their families, and

their teams.

"I would like to invite you to help us, help coaches, athletes, and those who lead, WIN!" By partnering with us, you will make the dream of THE REST STOP a reality."

Coach Brian

“I am so blessed to have been introduced to the W.I.N. Awakening. The guidance and

reassurance that I continue to receive from Coach Karcher have allowed me to

strengthen my faith in Christ. I am so grateful to lean on a Christ-minded coach who can

help me open my eyes to the true meaning of winning. I would recommend the W.I.N.

Awakening to every coach in the profession.”

Coach Diallo

“I want to thank coach Ken Karcher for inspiring me and my staff here at Warner

University through the W.I.N. Awakening program. This experience has helped me in

my personal and coaching journey with God. I feel motivated and inspired to perform daily as a Kingdom man and a Kingdom coach. Thank you, coach, for unlocking the doors inside of me that will allow God to work through me.”

Coach Olmy

“Coach Karcher’s messages are impactful to me because after reviewing the material I often reflect on the three years we spent together and the lessons I learned from him directly as a young coach. My life has drastically changed throughout the course of the last 23 seasons in this profession. Lots of highs and lots of lows. Coach Karcher’s messages assist me in celebrating the highs and working through the lows. I aim to be the best dad, husband, and offensive line coach. Coach Karcher’s influence helps me to be better at all three.”
